Managing Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads in one panel: how the performance dashboard works
Reading three platforms on one screen, seeing trend and conversion funnel together, AI-assisted management in three steps, and who it is for.

What AI-powered ad management is
The definition is simple: a system that reads your ad account data, explains the finding and applies the change with your approval. The difference from a reporting tool is that the report ends with “shall we do this?” and a yes makes it happen.
Tecrube delivers that system for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads in one panel. Each platform has its own interface; the problem is not a lack of interfaces but attention split across four of them.
Why one panel
If you promote the same product on three platforms, the budget decision reduces to one question: where does the next dollar go? Answering it by collecting screenshots from three panels is slow and wrong; currency, attribution window and conversion definition differ between platforms.
One panel translates those definitions into a shared language: same conversion, same window, same cost calculation. Only then does “CPA on Meta is twice Google’s” mean anything.
The performance dashboard: every metric on one screen
The performance dashboard in the /app panel shows spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA and ROAS by platform, campaign and date. Filters are shared; select a campaign on Google and compare it side by side with the Meta campaign chasing the same goal.
Every number is clickable: click a rising CPA and the system lists likely causes (frequency climbing, search term leakage, landing page speed) and proposes an action.
Trend and funnel together
The trend chart overlays the last 7, 30 and 90 days per platform; it is the fastest way to separate seasonality from real deterioration. The conversion funnel shows the loss at every step from impression to sale, so you can tell whether the problem sits in the ad, the page or the checkout.
If CTR holds steady while conversions drop, for example, the ad is not the problem; Tecrube suggests switching to the Website tool on the same screen to inspect the landing page.
How it works in three steps
Step one: connect the accounts. OAuth for Google, Meta and LinkedIn; no password sharing, access revocable at any time. Step two: run the analysis; the system ranks findings by priority for each platform.
Step three: approve the previews. Every finding is tied to a proposed change, and the preview → approve → apply flow is identical across platforms. You can run the same flow from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor through the MCP connector.
Who it is for
SMBs advertising on two or more platforms, one-person marketing teams and agencies that want to watch client accounts from one place. With a small account on a single platform the dashboard’s value is limited; the platform’s own tool is enough there.
A free account and 75 credits are enough to start. Pro ($49) covers one business, Agency ($99) multiple client accounts, and Enterprise ($299) adds team roles and extended credits.
A weekly dashboard routine
Monday, open the dashboard and check last week’s CPA and ROAS by platform. Click the biggest deviation and read the causes the system proposes.
Midweek, look at the funnel: a gap between CTR and conversion rate points to a page problem, a gap between impressions and clicks to a creative one. Approve the proposed actions in the preview.
Friday, make the budget call from one table: which platform spends the next dollar most efficiently? The shift is one preview and one approval, and the log records it all.
Running these three steps in the same order each week keeps decisions grounded in data rather than mood. After a few weeks you can also read from the trend chart which platform is strong in which period.
Frequently asked questions
Why don’t conversion counts match across platforms? Each platform uses its own attribution window and model; the same sale can be counted on both Google and Meta. Tecrube lets you pick a shared window and definition in the dashboard, so the comparison follows one rule.
Can I share the dashboard with my client? On the Agency plan client accounts can get a separate view and approval rights. The client sees their own dashboard, approves pending previews and accesses the change log.
How often is the data refreshed? Dashboard numbers come from platform APIs; freshness depends on each platform’s own data delay. Conversion data can arrive a few hours late on some platforms, so basing daily decisions on the previous day is safer.
Can TikTok and Microsoft Ads join the dashboard? Yes. Tecrube’s platform modules connect to the same dashboard, and every platform you connect appears in the same table with shared metrics.
