1. Digital fulfilment
Tecrube is a fully digital service; nothing physical is shipped. In this document “delivery” means providing access to the service.
The service is delivered through a hosted connector added to an AI application such as Claude or ChatGPT, and the customer dashboard attached to it. There is no shipping, physical delivery address or delivery note.
2. Activation time
Your subscription activates the moment the payment provider confirms your payment, and you can use the service through your AI application immediately. No additional setup or waiting period applies.
The free trial starts as soon as you add the connector to your AI application and sign in; trial credits are assigned to your account at that moment.
3. Access problems
If you have trouble accessing the service, write to info@tecrube.com; we usually reply within one business day and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If an access problem caused by the service cannot be fixed within ten business days, the rules in the Refund Policy apply.
