Which ad platforms can you actually connect to ChatGPT?
Most pages answering this question quietly imply “all of them”. This one does not. Tecrube is a hosted MCP connector: add one address to ChatGPT and your assistant reaches five ad networks and Google's measurement sources with real write access. Five networks; not “every platform with an API”.
Live today: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Business Profile. Not supported: Google Ad Manager, X Ads, Snapchat, Spotify, LINE, Yahoo Japan, Amazon Ads, Pinterest, Reddit, AdRoll, Merchant Center and every network not named in the live list. Whichever side your platform falls on, your search should end here.

Five networks live today, one connection
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads run on a single connection. “Live” here means write access, not a data feed: ChatGPT builds campaigns, moves budget, adds negatives, refreshes ad copy, pauses what loses money.
Every write action comes to you as a preview first and waits for approval; single-step budget increases above 50% are blocked outright; every applied change is written to the audit log.
The measurement side opens on the same sign-in
The same Google authorisation also unlocks Google Tag Manager, GA4, Search Console, YouTube and Google Business Profile. That is what reduces “which channel is actually working” to a single question: paid spend, organic queries and analytics conversions sit side by side in one chat, and the job of merging four exports in a spreadsheet disappears.
Meta Ads and Business Profile
The Meta Ads tools cover campaigns, ad sets, carousel and video ads, custom and lookalike audiences, interest search, reach estimates and insights. The one exception is creating a new lead form, which needs a separate Meta permission we do not request; attaching an existing form to an ad works. On the Business Profile side you manage locations, business details and updates from the chat.
Google Ad Manager is not Google Ads
This is the most common mix-up in this search. Google Ad Manager is a publisher ad server: it sells and serves inventory on your own sites and apps and manages line items and ad units. Google Ads is the buying side, the advertiser account where you spend budget. Tecrube supports Google Ads in depth and has no coverage of Ad Manager at all. If what you manage is line items, this connector is the wrong tool.
The full no list, published on purpose
X Ads, Snapchat Ads, Spotify Ads, LINE Ads, Yahoo Japan Search Ads, Amazon Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, AdRoll and Google Merchant Center do not connect; we do not export your data to warehouses or ETL destinations either. Not in ChatGPT, not in Claude Code, not in any other app. There is no hidden beta or setting to unlock.
Writing these names costs us a few sign-ups from people searching for them; in return those people are spared a wasted trial. We make that trade on purpose.
What still works when your platform is not on the list
An assistant without a connector is not useless, it just cannot touch the account. Export the report from Snapchat or Amazon Ads and paste it into the chat; let ChatGPT do the analysis, creative ideas and naming conventions, and apply the changes yourself in that platform's own dashboard. The connector steps in on the networks where it can really act; everywhere else, control stays with you.
Set it up in 60 seconds
- 1. In ChatGPT go to Settings → Connectors, enable developer mode at the bottom of the page and add https://mcp.tecrube.com/mcp as a custom MCP server. The setting exists only in the web interface and on paid plans; nothing is installed on your computer.
- 2. Using a terminal or editor? The same address applies: claude mcp add --transport http tecrube https://mcp.tecrube.com/mcp for Claude Code; one mcpServers block in mcp.json for Cursor, VS Code and Windsurf.
- 3. Authorise only the networks you actually run. Sign in with Google for Google Ads and the Google data sources; authorise Meta, Microsoft, TikTok and LinkedIn separately. The free trial and Pro work with one ad account; several client accounts need the Agency plan.
- 4. Before you trust it, ask what it can reach: make your first message “list every ad account you can access, by platform”. If a platform you expected is missing, it is either not yet authorised or not supported; you learn that in ten seconds, not mid-way through a campaign build.
Frequently asked questions
Five today: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads, all behind one connection. The same sign-in also opens Google Tag Manager, GA4, Search Console, YouTube and Business Profile. Write access is available wherever the platform allows it, and no change is applied without a preview. For every platform not on the live list the answer is no.
Not through Tecrube. We have no X Ads integration; it is not in beta and there is no hidden setting support can enable. Manage X campaigns in X Ads Manager and use ChatGPT unconnected for planning, copywriting and analysis.
No. Ad Manager is the publisher-side ad server; line items and ad units live there. Google Ads is the advertiser side, where you buy traffic. If you mean the account you spend budget in, you are covered; if you really manage Ad Manager inventory, none of our connectors will help.
The assistant can only call the tools the connector exposes; there is no path to an unsupported account. A well-behaved model says “I have no tool for that”. This is exactly why our write actions return a preview first and are written to the audit log: the question “did it really happen” always has an answer.
No. One plan covers every live platform; there is no per-network fee. The trial is 75 credits that never expire, with no card. After that, Pro is $49/month for one ad account and Agency $99/month for multiple client accounts.
