Tecrube vs Improvado: one version of the truth, or a change in the campaign?
By its own positioning, Improvado sits at the enterprise end of marketing data: it connects sources, unifies and normalises the data, applies governance so there is one trusted view, and layers AI-assisted analysis on top. It is the kind of tool large teams buy to settle what counts as spend and what counts as a conversion.
Tecrube is on this list for the opposite reason. It does not model or warehouse anything; it connects your ad account to Claude or ChatGPT, answers your question in the chat, and turns what the data is pointing at into a change you see as a preview first and approve before it is applied. The two usually sit side by side rather than replacing each other.

Analysis and action are different jobs
Enterprise data platforms are bought to end arguments: one definition of spend, one definition of a conversion, one place everyone looks. That is a real problem. But the work stops at the edge of the ad account; even the best governance does not pause a campaign, and the team reading the dashboard still opens each ad platform separately to act on it.
Tecrube takes that last step. Right after “which campaigns spent the most last month without a single conversion?” you say “pause two of them and lower the budget on the third”; a preview arrives, you approve, it is applied.
An assistant that answers versus one that acts
AI layers on top of data platforms are good at explaining what happened. What separates answering from acting is permission, not intelligence: if the assistant does not hold the ad account's tools, the conversation ends with a paragraph.
In Tecrube the assistant holds the campaign tools themselves. The conversation ends with a change you approved in the account, not a recommendation to carry out later.
What Tecrube actually changes
- Campaign lists, period reports and account hygiene findings across five ad networks
- Pause, resume and budget changes; new campaigns (including Google Search and Performance Max) are built paused
- Google Ads search terms report, adding and removing negatives, bid strategies, extensions and conversion actions
- Ad sets or ad groups, targeting and audiences on Meta, Microsoft, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Ad copy drafts, “if … then …” automation rules and spend guards
- Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Business Profile and YouTube through the same connector, for context
Governance on the write side
Every change comes back first as a preview naming the account, the item, the current value and the new value; the approval gate lives on the server, and nothing is applied without your approval. A budget can rise by at most 50% in one step and at most double within 24 hours. Every action is written to an audit log with the previous value kept; budget changes, pause/resume, going live and added negative keywords are reversed on the platform itself with one sentence or “Undo” in the panel; changes with no reverse, such as a permanent removal, cannot be undone, and Tecrube says so clearly.
For a team that already cares about governance on the read side, this is the same discipline applied to the write side.
Next to Improvado, not instead of it
Tecrube needs no warehouse, schema or sync schedule: paste one address into Claude or ChatGPT, sign in with Google, pick the accounts. If you run an enterprise data platform, keep it; Tecrube covers the step it does not take on.
- Choose a data platform like Improvado if you need blended reporting, governance or a warehouse you own.
- Choose Tecrube if the slow part is applying what the report said to the account.
Frequently asked questions
Different categories: Improvado positions itself as an enterprise platform that collects and governs marketing data; Tecrube manages the ad account from chat. For the data job, compare Improvado with tools in its own category.
Not for data. Tecrube does not unify, store or model attribution. What it replaces is the manual work after the analysis, when someone opens several ad platforms and applies the decision by hand. Large teams can run both.
An assistant on a data platform reads and explains the data in that platform; see Improvado's documentation for its current scope. Tecrube's assistant holds the ad platform tools: it can change a budget, pause a campaign or add negatives, and it puts each of those to you as a preview first.
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads; the tool set varies by network. Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Business Profile and YouTube connect through the same connector, with YouTube read-only.
No. Every write comes back as a preview first and is applied once you approve it; if you like, you can set your own approval policy for small actions. Read-only questions run straight away because they cannot change the account.
75 free credits with no card and no expiry. Pro is $49 a month, and Agency, with unlimited credits and multi-client use, is $99 a month.
