1. What this form is for

Article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation requires that, in a distance sale, the consumer receives certain information clearly and comprehensibly before placing an order. This form contains that information.

Before the payment step you are asked to confirm that you have read this form. Your confirmation is recorded with date, time, IP address and the document's version number; a copy is kept under Settings → Documents in your panel.

3. Main characteristics of the service

Tecrübe is a cloud software subscription that sets up, runs and reports your business's marketing. No physical product is shipped.

Which modules your plan includes, its monthly limits and the credits included are shown on the plan card at the order screen. What you see on that card is part of the agreement.

Advertising budget paid to platforms is not included in the subscription price. You pay it directly to the platform; Tecrübe provides only the software that manages it.

Part of the service is AI-generated. The generated content and recommendations are not warranted to be error-free; what is warranted is that they will not exceed the budget cap and approval threshold you set.

4. Total price and payment

The total you will pay, including taxes, is shown as a single figure before the payment step. No charge is made beyond what is shown.

If overage beyond the included credits is charged, the unit price is stated at the order screen and the panel warns you before the overage occurs.

Payment is taken in one instalment by credit or debit card through iyzico. Your card details are not stored by Tecrübe.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. A reminder is e-mailed at least seven days before each renewal with the date, the amount and a one-click cancellation link. If you cancel, the service stays available until the end of the paid period.

5. Performance and duration

Your account is activated the moment payment is approved; there is no delivery period to wait for.

The subscription lasts for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and extends by the same period unless you cancel.

6. Right of withdrawal and its exception

Because the service is performed instantly in an electronic environment, under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation the statutory right of withdrawal ends once performance begins with your consent. You give that consent at the payment step via a separate checkbox that is never pre-ticked for you.

Even so, Tecrübe honours a refund request made within thirty days of the start of your first subscription without asking for a reason. This right, broader than the law requires, is set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Your refund is completed within fourteen days at the latest, by the method you paid with and at no cost to you.

7. Complaints and remedies

In a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of residence, according to the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

Writing to info@tecrube.com first may resolve things faster; it is not mandatory and does not affect your legal rights.

8. Confirmation

When you confirm at the payment step that you have read this form, the Distance Sales Agreement is concluded at the same time. A copy of both texts is sent to you with the order confirmation e-mail.
