Connect your business locations; reply to reviews, publish posts and media, update details and watch performance.
Before you start
Business Profile connects through the same Google consent as Google Ads; the business management scope is part of it. The connected Google user must be an owner or manager of the location; Google does not accept write tools on unverified locations.

Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |

| A location is not listed | The Google user is not an owner or manager of the location | Add the user as a manager in Business Profile. |
| A review reply was not posted | The reply is waiting in the approval queue | Approve it in chat or in the panel's approval queue; no reply is published without approval. |
