Before you start
- A TikTok for Business account and at least one advertiser account.
- A video or image already in the account, or one to upload, for creating ads.
Connection
- Connections › TikTok › Connect; pick advertiser accounts on TikTok's consent screen.
- Verify connected advertisers with
list_tiktok_advertisers.

Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |

| An advertiser account is not listed | It was not selected on the consent screen | Restart the connection and tick the advertiser on the consent screen. |
| The ad creation tool asks for a video | No usable video in the account | Upload one with upload_tiktok_video first, then create the ad. |
